Your Laserkerf is warranted against defects in labor or materials for 6 months from the date of purchase.

For warranty service Call 859-494-0790 to see if you qualify for an RMA number.

Qualifying units can be returned pre-paid with a copy of the sales receipt to:

At our discretion we will repair or replace the unit.

If you are not satisfied with the unit within 14 days of receiving the unit it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping or tax, if it is normal operating condition. A copy of the sales receipt must be returned with the unit.
